Initial Set-Up and Consultation with Concierge
Assess your goals, create your schedule, fill out your initial paperwork, take a tour of the facility, and meet the fitness director and nutritionis
Consultation with Personal Trainer
Discuss your weight loss goals and fitness challenges you have faced in the past. The personal trainer will take your measurements during this consultation.
Exercise Plan
A customized, scheduled workout plan to ensure you meet your goals over the course of the program.
Nutrition Consultation
During your nutrition consultation, the nutritionist will review your medical history, current state of health, lifestyle, activity levels and eating habits in order to assess your current nutritional status. After reviewing paperwork and discussing your goals and/or concerns, the nutritionist will then explain the possible cause(s) of your health concerns and the steps you may wish to take in order to remedy them. If a certain area needs further investigation, the nutritionist may offer recommended readings. The nutritionist will work with you to create a personalized dietary and lifestyle program, providing you with relevant handouts and menu plans to support these suggestions. A program of nutritional supplements may also be recommended in order to correct any biochemical imbalances and nutrient deficiencies. A plan will be created to meet your needs, taste, and budget – all achievable within your lifestyle.

Grocery Shopping with Nutritionist
The nutritionist will accompany you on a grocery shopping trip, where your health goals, budget, preferences, and lifestyle will be taken into consideration. This hands-on nutrition education experience will teach you to make wiser meal choices for yourself and your family.
Nutrition Follow-Up Consultations
The nutritionist will act as your personal support throughout your program and will be available to assist and guide you as needed. We believe that continuous support is vital to the success of your program; therefore, a follow-up consultation will be scheduled twice during your program to assess your nutritional progress. During these consultations, any necessary adjustments to the meal plan will be identified and, if relevant, the results of any diagnostic tests you may have taken will be reviewed.
Customized Meal Plan, Recommended Product List, and Nutrition Binder
Nutrition binder contains: guiding principles of a balanced diet, planning a successful diet, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, micro-nutrients (all major vitamins), how to read a nutrition label, portion size, alcohol consumption, healthy options when dining out, recipes, recommended reading, calorie-exercise charts, and meal plans.
Follow-Up Consultations (Phone/E-mail) Once a Week with Nutritionist
Weekly check-in to answer any questions you have and make any necessary adjustments to the program.
Body Fat Testing
When it comes to tracking weight loss, most of us rely on the scale to tell us whether we have lost or gained weight. Unfortunately, the scale does not reveal what you really need to know – how much fat do you have? Get a body fat test to better understand your body fat composition, which will help establish your nutrition and fitness goals.
Personal Training Sessions
Take your workouts to the next level with routines tailored to meet your needs and enhance results. Your personal trainer will monitor your progress by taking your measurements throughout the program. With the motivation, encouragement, and inspiration of a personal trainer, your workouts will be the highlight of your week!
