Personal Training Sessions in the Strength & Conditioning Facility
Take your workouts to the next level with routines tailored to meet your needs and enhance results. With the motivation, encouragement, and inspiration of a personal trainer, your workouts will be the highlight of your week! Our educated coaching staff will ensure you push your limits while practicing correct training techniques.

High-Intensity Training Sessions in the Strength & Conditioning Facility
The high-intensity training classes are designed for training anyone and everyone (12 & up) who desires to change their body composition, increase muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up followed by a high-intensity workout that will produce results and leave you wanting more.

30-Minute Core Conditioning Sessions with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach
The core is the most important area of the body to keep maintained. Discover how to keep your back, hips, abdominals, and shoulders strong by learning from our educated coaching staff. Experience how to safely and correctly train your core utilizing your body weight, medicine balls, kettle bells, resistant bands and other strength & conditioning equipment.

20-Minute Hot Tub and Steam Room Treatment
Enjoy a post-workout treatment in the Arden Hills steam room. Start by soaking tired muscles in a warm Jacuzzi and follow it with a eucalyptus steam treatment.

Ultimate Sports Performance Lunch
Burrito B.E.S.T. and a Workout Smoothie

50-Minute Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
This is the ideal treatment before and after intense physical activity or simply to alleviate persistent areas of discomfort. A variety of massage and stretching techniques help to dissolve muscle tension, while lengthening and loosening restricted areas in the body.

Nutrition Consultation
During your nutrition consultation, the nutritionist will review your medical history, current state of health, lifestyle, activity levels and eating habits in order to assess your current nutritional status. After reviewing paperwork and discussing your goals and/or concerns, the nutritionist will then explain the possible cause(s) of your health concerns and the steps you may wish to take in order to remedy them. If a certain area needs further investigation, the nutritionist may offer recommended readings. The nutritionist will work with you to create a personalized dietary and lifestyle program, providing you with relevant handouts and menu plans to support these suggestions. A program of nutritional supplements may also be recommended in order to correct any biochemical imbalances and nutrient deficiencies. A plan will be created to meet your needs, taste, and budget – all achievable within your lifestyle.

Follow-up Nutrition Consultations (30 minutes)
The nutritionist will act as your personal support throughout your program and will be available to assist and guide you as needed. We believe that continuous support is vital to the success of your program; therefore, a follow-up consultation will be scheduled during the third week of your program to assess your nutritional progress. During this consultation, any necessary adjustments to the menu plan will be identified and, if relevant, the results of any diagnostic tests you may have taken will be reviewed.
